From the coastal side, the M2 metro to Şişli–Mecidiyeköy and then the M7 to Mahmutbey is the alternative, and it is the more comfortable of the two if you are travelling at peak hour. Whichever you choose, the point is the same: for this district the fixed-time route beats the fast-on-paper one.
Neck and shoulders: the same problem from two directions
For office work the mechanism is static load — the head held slightly forward for hours, the trapezius never releasing, the upper back locked.
